Labor Day . . .

nothing major going on today. DD is still asleep and it's almost 10am!! She has been out of control pitching the most wildest fits when it's time to go somewhere. I've had it with her. We were on our way to IKEA last night to do some window shopping and she was throwing a fit in the car yelling and screaming at me and wouldn't sit in her seat the right way so the seat belt was around her neck. I finally took her out of the car and put her in her bed and told dh that I'm not taking her when she's acting that way. It's ridiculous. She had a much better attitude the rest of the night after spending quite a lot of time on her bed and after having a long talk with me. I hope we can turn a corner on this - I don't appreciate her attitude in the slightest!

DH and DS want to go to the Civil War reenactment today. I suppose we should get up and get dressed if we're going to do that. DS threw a big fit this morning - he barely ate dinner so he woke up with a really low blood sugar and was a total pain in the patootie! I finally got enough food forced into him to change his attitude. *sigh*
